Hi, I'm Laurence, a qualified psychotherapist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I focus on building resilience and helping clients become unstuck in both mind and body, which is essential for managing stress, anxiety, insomnia and overcoming depression.
My approach uses outcome-based S.M.A.R.T techniques to promote mental and emotional strength, helping you not only deal with current challenges but also handle future ones more effectively. I provide care in a non-judgemental and accepting manner, ensuring every individual feels heard, respected, and supported.
