In addition to trusting them, it's crucial to feel comfortable and connected.​ I encourage everyone to schedule a FREE 30 minute chat via Zoom before committing formally. This way, you can get a sense of who I am as a person and address any questions you may have beforehand.​

First Appointment-90 Minutes | £70

90 minutes of dedicated time to explore the issues . During this session, we will embark on a collaborative journey to understand your unique needs, goals, and concerns. Our primary focus will be to:

Education: We'll provide insights into cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnotherapy, explaining how it works and its potential benefits for addressing various issues.

Approach Exploration: We'll discuss the methodology and techniques employed in cognitive behavioural therapy. This includes exploring how hypnosis can complement cognitive behavioural strategies to promote positive change.

Addressing Concerns: Any questions or uncertainties you have about the process will be addressed thoroughly. It's essential for you to feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.​

Our aim is to ensure that you leave this consultation with clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnotherapy can support your journey towards holistic well-being.

Subsequent Appointments-One Hour | £70

Following the Initial Consultation, subsequent sessions will delve deeper into your therapeutic journey, building upon the foundation established in our initial meeting. Here's what you can expect:

Progress Review: At the beginning of each session, we'll review the progress made since our last meeting. This allows us to track your development towards your goals and make any necessary adjustments to our approach.

Targeted Intervention: Based on your evolving needs and goals, we'll employ specific cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnotherapy techniques tailored to address your unique challenges. These may include cognitive restructuring, relaxation techniques, visualisation exercises, and hypnotic suggestions aimed at fostering positive change.

Exploration and Insight: Throughout our sessions, we'll continue to explore the underlying thoughts, emotions, and behaviours contributing to your concerns. By gaining insight into these patterns, we empower you to make conscious choices and cultivate healthier responses.

Skill Building: You'll learn practical skills and strategies to implement between sessions, equipping you with tools to manage stress, overcome obstacles, and maintain progress outside of our sessions.

Support and Guidance

As your trusted ally on this journey, we'll provide ongoing support, encouragement, and guidance to help you navigate challenges and celebrate successes along the way.

Integration and Reflection: Towards the end of each session, we'll reflect on your experiences and insights gained, reinforcing your progress and identifying areas for further exploration.

Cancellations and changing appointments

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. This allows me to accommodate other clients. Please note that any changes or cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full fee.
